We are shipping our Playmobil parts globally. You can find a list of all countries we currently support delivery below. This may vary depends on global conditions and shipping partners in your country. We are constantly adding more countries to this list!
You can find shipping charges to your country while checking out. Shipping charges are based on a maximum weight of 2 kg ( or 5 kg ). If you can't find your country, please send us a message and we are more than happy to help you.
Your order will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours after placing the order (between Monday-Friday).
All our shipments are insured against loss or damage.
Please note, however that shipments sent outside Europe are always at the buyer's own risk. In case of any loss or damage, we will of course do everything we can to assist and support you to resolve the problem.
